Our Vision
Guam Rail aka “Koko” became extinct in the wild in the early 1980s when biologists captured the remaining wild population to establish a breeding program. They have since been successfully introduced to the nearby Rota and Cocos islands. In 2019, they became the second bird species to be reclassified by the International Union for the Conservation of Nature from Extinct in the Wild to Critically Endangered. Why is this significant? Like Koko, we are losing our culture, our identity, our traditions. We can make a comeback just like this beautiful Koko.
Our island is more than just a place—it’s paradise on earth.
A home that we can grow together, succeed together, and build a future rooted in the dreams and values we all share.
I invite you to join us on this journey. A journey toward a better Guam—where hard work is honored, compassion is our strength, and innovation drives our progress.
We have a clear plan for change. And at the heart of that plan is you. Because when we focus on our people, we build a future that lifts everyone.
Let’s move forward—together.
We envision a Guam where every village has clean water, safe roads, and real representation. Where frontline workers are respected, elders are cared for, and youth are empowered to lead. Where decisions are made in the open, budgets are transparent, and public trust is earned—not assumed.
We believe in progress rooted in accountability, equity, and cultural respect. We believe in a government that listens, learns, and acts with urgency. And we believe Guam’s future must be built by the people—not behind closed doors.
This is our vision. Honest. Inclusive. Unafraid.
Guam deserves a government that works—for frontline workers, families, and future generations. I’m running to flip the script on corruption, inefficiency, and silence. With humor, data, and unstoppable community power, we’ll build a Guam that’s transparent, resilient, and legendary.
